• The rotation didn't save: If you only rotate the thumbnails on your screen but forget to click the final "Apply Changes" or "Save" button, the changes won't be written to the file. Make sure you click the button to generate your new, permanently rotated PDF.
• The text is still upside down, but the page turned: This is very rare, but can happen if the original PDF was created with severely corrupted bounding boxes. In this case, you might need to convert the PDF to images (JPG), rotate the images on your computer, and convert them back to a PDF.
• The tool won't let me upload the file: Ensure your file is a valid PDF. If it is password-protected with an "open" password, you must use our Unlock PDF tool first before you can edit the rotation.
